At Harrington Jacket Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jacket doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package the Jacket
Place the unworn jacket in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
